M & E Overview

Introduction:

We monitor, evaluate and rate services to make sure they meet fundamental standards of quality and safety according to Sindh Service Delivery Standards (SSDS) formulated by SHCC. Another important aspect of M& E department is to produce a repot which is research based. We also publish what we find, including performance ratings to help people choose care.

  • Provide factual feedback about management performance.
  • To guide informed decision-making for improving (and/or optimizing) the achievement of the objectives and desired outcomes.

Research Oriented:

  • The M&E department would also undertake research projects to investigate a number of healthcare related issues. Research and Development (R&D) plays a critical role in the innovation process of any healthcare setting.
  • Research is a key element and essentially an investment in future capabilities which is transformed into new products, processes, and services.
  • The researcher would be using a variety of methods to gather the information; this may include questionnaires, focus groups and interviews for data collection.
