The Administration is essentially responsible for managing and supervising the day-to-day operations/functions, and smooth running of the store, kitchen, reception, helpdesk, and postal services of SHCC, both at the headquarters and divisional levels. Also, the Administration department has established Divisional Offices and refurbished office space throughout the province of Sindh, to streamline the functions and strengthen the existence of a Regulatory Body at the Divisional level.
Additionally, the Administration department provides support and facilitation for training and has developed standard operating procedures for the smooth running of SHCC offices.
