The Human Resource Department is primarily responsible in recruiting hardworking professionals on merit, forming highly qualified teams of efficient human resources. Furthermore, the HR department is engaged to conduct regular performance evaluation of SHCC staff which allows SHCC to function smoothly and continuously with quality improvements.
